Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! I'm sharing a full 1 hr yoga flow class for flexibility. It's in the level of intermediate, but you can give a try if you are a strong beginner, There are some very deep stretches and challenging poses in this class that will promote flexibility and also warm up and strengthen your body.

Needed Props: Yoga block (sub w/ thick book), yoga strap (sub w/ scarf or belt), yoga blanket (sub w/ thick towel).
