Relax, Rejuvenate, & Revitalize with this 30 Minute Restorative Yoga Class
With this restorative class, you'll be guided through a very gentle stretch followed by 3 restorative yoga poses. With each restorative pose, you'll learn how to adjust your props for optimal relaxation. For this class, you'll need 2 yoga blocks, a yoga bolster or pillows, and a yoga blanket (or blanket substitute).
Take this class whenever you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or just in need of a reboot. Afterward, you'll feel much less tense and more rested allowing you to move forward with your life feeling refreshed!
