 This is a full yoga class 45 minute Slow and Gentle Yoga Flow Class. It's great for beginners, but it's also good for all levels looking to take it easy, relax, unwind, and calm yourself down.

We will begin in a child's pose (balasana) and flow from there into several cat and cow poses before coming into a puppy stretch with a twist on both sides. Then we will come back to a child's pose.

Next we'll make our way to a downward facing dog pose (adho mukha svanasana), and flow between there, plank and child's pose a couple of times. Then we'll take a standing forward bend (uttanasana), and a few sun breaths to build some heat in the body. We will also take a standing side stretch on both sides.

Next, we'll come into a modified sun salutation (surya namaskar a) and stretch the hips in low lunge on both sides. On the following sun salutation, we will take a low lunge with a twist and add some flowing arm movement on both sides. We will then take a third sun salute with warrior 2 (virabhdrasana II), flying warrior for some dynamic movement, and triangle pose (trikonasana) on both sides. After this flow, we'll take a downward dog before coming into a wide legged forward bend (prasarita padottonasana c).

Then we'll come to sitting on the ground and take a seated forward fold flow (dandasana, janu sirsasana, baddha konasana) on both sides before coming to lay down on the floor. Next we'll take a one legged supine twist on both sides before coming into savasana.
